The duration of an engagement with Tungsten Solutions  varies depending on the complexity of the project. We work with clients on both short-term and long-term projects.

Our typical process for consulting is to do a “deep dive” over the course of 2-4 weeks. In that time identifying specific needs to focus on and the order in which we address them. Then a personalized plan is presented for a period of time. We will identify a list of SMART goals [Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely], and will outline our engagement using these as a roadmap.

For Construction, Owner’s Rep, Development & Management our services begin immediately - and do not need the initial “deep dive” into all areas.
